What to include in a correction report
- The page URL where you found the issue.
- The specific claim you believe is wrong.
- What you believe is correct, ideally with a source we can verify independently.
- Whether this is time-sensitive (for example, a route or price that has since changed).
How we process corrections
- We check the claim against our existing source registry and any new source you've provided.
- If confirmed, we update the page, adjust the "last reviewed" date, and add the new source to our source registry.
- If we can't independently verify the correction, we won't publish it as fact, but we may note the claim as unconfirmed if it's material.
Where to send a correction
Our contact channel is documented on the contact page. Please do not include passport numbers, booking references, or payment details in a correction report — this page cannot process sensitive travel documents.
